This 5-week series includes a once weekly group class and an optional group run. Homework will be provided for attendees with additional runs to be completed as desired, as well as suggestions for cross training options. Classes will be part seminar and part movement, meaning that we'll talk about running technique and then map what we've learned onto a physical practice. The series will be along the following format:
Week 1: An overview of running form and introduction to running warm-ups and cool-downs
Week 2: In depth look at the feet and ankles, including recovery strategies
Week 3: In depth look at knees and hips, recovery strategies, etc.
Week 4: Core training for runners
Week 5: Revisiting running form and putting it all together

Cancellation policy
Cancellation is allowed up to one week prior to the start date, with a full refund. After that, refunds of only 50% will be given, barring exceptional circumstances.
